Se trata de un decreto administrativo que le otorga al gobernador Oscar Herrera Ahuad la potestad jurídica y sanitaria para regular el tema de las reuniones familiares o sociales, como lo hacía antes del decreto nacional que suspendió esas excepciones, en todo el país, hace quince días.
POSADAS. El gobierno de Alberto Fernández le envió un decreto administrativo al gobernador Oscar Herrera Ahuad que le permite levantar la suspensión de las reuniones familiares en el ámbito del territorio provincial, que se había impuesto hace quince días cuando el Presidente decidió anular esas excepciones en todo el país.
De esta manera, Herrera Ahuad cuenta con un instrumento legal que le permite, por su propia decisión, “implementar gradualmente, suspender o reanudar”, las medidas ejecutivas que regulan las reuniones sociales y familiares en el ámbito de la fase “distanciamiento social” que rigen en Misiones, como marco sanitario de la lucha contra la propagación del coronavirus.
De todas maneras, la Presidencia le ordena al Gobierno misionero que tome todos los recaudados sanitarios exigibles en el marco de su competencia, y “en virtud de las recomendaciones de la autoridad sanitaria provincial y conforme a la situación epidemiológica y sanitaria” previo a ser “comunicadas” al jefe de Gabinete de Ministros.
Por una decisión administrativa de la Jefatura de Gabinete, publicada hoy en la ampliación del Boletín Oficial, la provincia de Misiones, donde rige el Distanciamiento Social, Preventivo y Obligatorio (DISPO), queda “exceptuada” de la “prohibición” reglamentada en el DNU 641/20.
Los ciudadanos deberán cumplir con el “protocolo de actuación sanitaria” para Reuniones Familiares elaborado por la Provincia y aprobado luego por el Ministerio de Salud de la Nación.
La provincia deberá cumplir con un “monitoreo de la evolución epidemiológica y de las condiciones sanitarias correspondientes en forma semanal” y remitir a la cartera de Salud, a cargo de Ginés González García, la información que se le requiera para “evaluar la trayectoria de la enfermedad y la capacidad del sistema sanitario para atender a la población”.
“Si la autoridad local detectara un signo de alerta epidemiológico o sanitario, deberá comunicarlo de inmediato a la autoridad sanitaria nacional”, se enfatiza en la decisión administrativa 1547/2020, cuya vigencia comenzó a regir esta tarde a partir de su publicación oficial.
